The BParlay.com team have put together the NHL Series Betting Prices and NHL Picks.
The NHL second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will begin on Tuesday night. There are eight teams left, with eight teams eliminated.
The first round was exciting, and five of those series went to a Game 7. Hopefully, the same exciting things are in store for round two.
There are parlays that people love to bet on. What are the series prices for teams to bet on in Round 2 of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs?
Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Florida Panthers
The moneyline for the Tampa Bay Lightning to win this series is +145, and the moneyline for the Florida Panthers to win this series is -165. For the second consecutive season, these two hockey teams will meet each other in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Tampa Bay defeated Florida in six games last season.
The Lightning and the Panthers were both battled tested in Round 1, and they will both be ready for it in Round 2. Tampa Bay has won the last two Stanley Cup titles, and Florida won the Presidents’ Trophy during the regular season.
The goaltending matchup will be Andrei Vasilevsky and Sergei Bobrovsky. The coaching matchup will be Jon Cooper vs. Andrew Brunette.
The difference in this NHL series will be Florida’s depth and speed compared to Tampa Bay’s.
Betting Pick: Florida Panthers -165
St. Louis Blues vs. Colorado Avalanche
The St. Louis Blues moneyline to win this series is +320, and the Colorado Avalanche moneyline to win this series is -400. For the second consecutive season, they will meet in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Colorado swept St. Louis in the first round last season, and a sweep would be a shock this time around.
The Blues have enough talent to force this to go six or seven games. The Avalanche has much more in the tank, though.
St. Louis and Colorado both have four lines they can role out. The St. Louis Blues’ defensive blue line is different stylistically, and the Colorado Avalanche’s blue line is.
The Blues’ top two players are Vladimir Tarasenko and Jordan Kyrou, and the Avalanche’s top two players are Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar.
The goaltending matchup will be Jordan Binnington vs. Darcy Kuemper. The coaching matchup will be Craig Berube vs. Jared Bednar.
NHL Series Betting Pick: Colorado Avalanche -400

New York Rangers vs. Carolina Hurricanes
The New York Rangers’ moneyline to win this series is +170, and the Carolina Hurricanes’ moneyline to win this series is -200. Carolina gave New York fits during the regular season, and it could continue again.
New York has a lethal power play, but Carolina’s penalty kill might stymie it. Artemi Panarin, Chris Kreider, Mika Zibanejad, and Adam Fox are the Rangers four best players. Sebastian Aho, Teuvo Teravainen, Andrei Svechnikov, and Brady Skjei are the Hurricanes’ four best players.
The goaltending matchup will be Igor Shesterkin vs. Antti Raanta. The coaching matchup will be Gerard Gallant vs. Rod Brind’Amour.
Betting Pick: Carolina Hurricanes -200
Edmonton Oilers vs. Calgary Flames
The Edmonton Oilers’ moneyline to win this series is +170, and the Calgary Flames’ moneyline to win this series is -200. This matchup will feature another chapter in the history of the Battle of Alberta. Both of these hockey teams don’t like each other. This is going to potentially be seven games of bad blood.
Calgary likes to bring the physicality, and Edmonton doesn’t. The Oilers’ top three players are Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, and Tyson Barrie. The Flames’ top three players are Johnny Gaudreau, Matthew Tkachuk, and Elias Lindholm.
The goaltending matchup will be Mike Smith vs. Jacob Markstrom. The coaching matchup will be Jay Woodcroft vs. Darryl Sutter. We hope you have enjoyed learning more about NHL Series Betting, why not read more of the BParlay.com Sports betting news today!
