Welcome to the NFL Week 2 Picks from BParlay.com. The first week of the NFL season was epic, and we still have 17 more weeks remaining on the regular-season schedule.
Here are our best bets for week two – NFL Week 2 Picks
New York Giants vs. Washington Football Team
New York and Washington will compete in one of the lowest-scoring games of the week. Taylor Heinicke and a lackluster Giants offense should keep the score low.
PICK: Under 42.5 (-110)
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers upset the Bills last weekend and covered the spread. Ben Roethlisberger did not look great in the opener, but Pittsburgh’s defense will make every yard tough for the Raiders.
PICK: Steelers -5.5 (-111)
San Francisco 49ers vs. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles beat up a lackluster Falcons team in the opener, but Philadelphia rides high off momentum. The 49ers are a better team, but the home crowd should help the Eagles cover.
PICK: Eagles +3.5 (-110)
Houston Texans vs. Cleveland Browns
The Texans beat the Jaguars, who may not have a head coach in a few weeks. The Browns gave the Chiefs the fight of their lives. I think Cleveland covers.
PICK: Browns -12.5 (-113)
Denver Broncos vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Broncos looked strong against the Giants in their season opener. Urban Meyer’s heart is not in the game, and the upgraded Jacksonville defense allowed 37 points against the Texans.
PICK: Broncos -6
New Orleans Saints vs. Carolina Panthers
The Saints looked great against the Packers in the opener, but the bottom line is that Jameis Winston is still under center. The Panthers won their opener, but they relied on Christian McCaffery. The combination of these two teams should keep this game under the total.
PICK: Under 44.5 (-110)
Los Angeles Rams vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Rams at -4 is a steal in this contest because of the Colts’ poor protection. Matt Stafford shined in the opener and looks very comfortable playing with a championship-caliber team.
PICK: Rams -4 (-115)
Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins
The Bills did not show up in their opener against Pittsburgh. Miami looked average against New England, but they made plays in critical moments. I think the Dolphins pull off an upset against the Bills.
PICK: Dolphins +3 (-110)
New England Patriots vs. New York Jets
The Panthers were able to cover against the Jets, so I like New England’s chances of winning by a touchdown. Bill Belichick will clean up the mistakes, and Mac Jones will take care of the ball.
PICK: Patriots -5.5 (-111)
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Chicago Bears
The Bengals shocked the Vikings in the opener thanks to a fantastic performance from Joe Burrow. The Bears were embarrassed by the Rams in the opener, so grabbing the Bengals as underdogs is a steal.
PICK: Bengals +3 (-120)
Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers won their season opener thanks to a Tom Brady touchdown drive. The Falcons were defeated by the Eagles in a terrible performance. The Buccaneers should cover and move to 1-1 ATS.
PICK: Buccaneers -11.5 (-111)
Minnesota Vikings vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals marched into Tennessee last weekend and dominated the Titans. Their first home game will be a similar result against the Vikings, who were dominated in the trenches last Sunday.
NFL Week 2 Picks: Cardinals -3.5 (-120)
Tennessee Titans vs. Seattle Seahawks
The Titans did not show up in the opener, but they have a talented football team. If they can limit the Seahawks’ big-play ability, they should cover on the road.
PICK: Titans +5.5 (-111)
Dallas Cowboys vs. Los Angeles Chargers
The Cowboys and Chargers both love to throw the football. Dallas impressed me against the Buccaneers, so they have tremendous value as underdogs.
PICK: Cowboys ML (+134)
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens
The Chiefs are never out of games, which was evident after their comeback against the Browns. The Ravens have become a one-man show with Lamar Jackson due to a crop of injuries. The Chiefs cover on the road. Check out other BParlay.com NFL Parlay Picks on our tipsters section of our news portal.
PICK: Chiefs -3.5 (-111)
Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers
The Lions at +11.5 is a great bet to cover. The team is 1-0 ATS in 2021, and the Packers did not show up in week one. Aaron Rodgers will be better, but -11.5 is a big ask for the Packers after a terrible start in the first week of the season.
NFL Week 2 Picks choice: Lions +11.5 (-114)
Best of luck betting on the week two slate!
