Fresh off the NFL Draft, win totals for the upcoming 2021 season are now available to bet on. Keep in mind – the NFL season will be 17 games this year, so all win totals you see do account for the extra game.

Today, we’ll take a look at a few of our favorite AFC win totals and parlay the picks together. Projected totals are courtesy of TheLines.com.

Cleveland Browns OVER 10.5 wins (+120)

Cleveland was one of the pleasant surprises of the 2020 NFL season, finishing 11-5 and winning a playoff game.

The expectation here is that the Browns will continue building on their success and make a run at the AFC North crown. The Steelers are slipping, and the Bengals still have much to figure out. In a two-team race, I like the Browns’ chances.

Cleveland had one of the NFL’s most explosive offenses a season ago off the back of a strong run game. The offensive line returns as one of the league’s best, paving ways for both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to continue where they left off.

The reason this over 10.5 wins is so enticing is the improvements to the defensive side. Cleveland’s defense was their downfall a season ago, and they worked to remedy that with a few big free agency additions.

Jadeveon Clowney highlights an incoming group that also includes fellow edge Takk McKinley, safety John Johnson, and DT Damion Square.

With a better defense, Cleveland has a chance to be one of the AFC’s top teams.

Los Angeles Chargers OVER 9 wins (-110)

This pick on the Chargers is simply a bet on Justin Herbert taking that next step. The 2020 Rookie of the Year showed all the makings of a franchise quarterback and seems poised for a big second year.

LA reinforced their biggest weakness, the offensive line, in the first round of the draft in Rashawn Slater. His steadying presence will give Herbert more time to find weapons and avoid hits.

Herbert threw for nearly 4,400 yards and 31 touchdowns and now gets a pair of up-and-coming coaches in Brandon Staley and Joe Brady to mold him into a star.

I expect big things out of the Chargers this season. Besides Kansas City, the rest of this division (Denver and Oakland) doesn’t scare me.

Houston Texans UNDER 4.5 wins (-150)

This Texans team is an absolute mess. The Deshaun Watson saga is only part of the larger issue here. This organization is in disarray. Houston did not have a draft pick until the third round this year, making only five total picks.

The first pick, in the third round, was quarterback Davis Mills. Mills may compete with Tyrod Taylor for the starting quarterback spot – a competition with no true winner.

The rest of this team is in trouble. The defense was one of the NFL’s worst last season, and it doesn’t appear much has changed.

The issues weighing down this team all offseason aren’t going away – and the worst part is that Houston doesn’t even own their 2022 first-round pick.

In a division that’s getting tougher – Trevor Lawrence is sure to launch Jacksonville back to relevancy – Houston will be dead last and struggling to find wins.

Bet this under confidently as the Texans continue to deteriorate.

Parlay Odds – Best 2021 NFL Betting Tips

Together, if you bet the win totals for these three teams in a future parlay, the odds would be +600.

If you wagered $100, you would profit $600 with a win.
