Best March Madness Bets with the Tournament Right Around the Corner

March Madness

March, aka the best betting month of the year, has arrived. March Madness marks the beginning of college basketball craziness with the NCAA Tournament. If you do not love college basketball betting, I recommend getting involved in the sport because you will be hooked.

With Selection Sunday right around the corner, it’s best to place some future bets because the value is still relatively high. Some people place futures at the beginning of the season in college basketball, but I do not mind trading value for knowledge.

Here are the teams I am looking at for my NCAA basketball futures!

Kentucky Wildcats +150 Final Four/+700 National Championship

Kentucky has owned the SEC for years, but the conference is starting to improve drastically. This year’s SEC was a lot of fun to watch, and I believe this will be the case for years to come. However, the Wildcats are still the authority in the division.

Oscar Tshiebwe is a stud and a force all over the floor for Kentucky. He has become the best rebounder in college basketball, which has helped the team with misses on the offensive end of the court.

Tshiebwe is averaging 16.9 PPG and 15.3 RBG. He has helped TyTy Washington Jr. and Jacob Toppin to thrive this season.

Arizona Wildcats +180 Final Four/+750 National Championship

Arizona has been the best team in the western portion of the United States all season. If you believe Gonzaga has been better, that’s insane. Here is a news flash for you…Gonzaga is nowhere to be found on my list.

The Wildcats took over the Pac 12, knocking off UCLA in the conference. Arizona was expected to be good, but they came out of nowhere as a title contender. Tommy Lloyd is in his first season at the helm, and he has done a phenomenal job leading the team.

Bennedict Mathurin and Christian Koloko have been the two players that have taken over games for the squad. They did have an ugly loss to Colorado, but this team has been strong, knocking off Michigan, Illinois, UCLA, and USC. Auburn Tigers +220 Final Four/+900 National Championship

Auburn has hurt me a couple of times as a bettor this season, but for the most part, they have been solid. Bruce Pearl is proving yet again why he is one of the best motivators in the country. This gives me a boost of confidence with March Madness approaching.

His leadership behind Jabari Smith, the future #1 selection in the NBA Draft, has been a recipe for success. The freshman is averaging 16.6 PPG. The team’s only loss that leaves a sour taste in my mouth is Florida in the Swamp.

It’s hard to beat the Gators at home, but the Tigers were a much better team, but they did not show up to compete. Why not take a look at the BParlay.com College Basketball picks for this week.

Duke Blue Devils +245 Final Four/+1200 National Championship

Motivation is a major thing to look at heading into March Madness. There is no team more motivated, in my opinion, than the Duke Blue Devils. Coach Krzyzewski is in his final season leading the program, and I guarantee these players want to send him out on top.

Coach K is a Hall of Famer, and 2022 marks another year where he is bringing a high seeded team to the big dance. Paolo Banchero, Wendell Moore Jr., and AJ Griffin are the three players you should watch for Duke.

This team knows how to win in the postseason, which is another reason to bet the Blue Devils. Their losses have been ugly, but the wins give me the confidence to bet on the team.
