The New England Patriots are playing like they did when they had Tom Brady under center. Mac Jones has risen to the occasion, and the defense is playing great. The 2021 team seems like a copy of the 2002 squad when Brady won his first Super Bowl.
New England is 9-5, and they are coming off a loss. Yet, the Patriots are still a safe bet to make the postseason.
Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts would be the fifth seed in the playoffs if the season ended today. They are coming off a win over the Patriots where they easily covered -2. The Colts are so good because they can run the football.
Jonathan Taylor rushed for 170 yards against the Patriots, and he is in line to win the MVP because of his terrific 2021 campaign.
Dallas Cowboys
This is the first year where the Cowboys seem like a legitimate threat to do damage in the postseason. The Cowboys are 10-4, and they should win the NFC East barring a blowup.
The Cowboys currently hold the #2 seed in the NFC playoffs behind the Green Bay Packers. The Packers clinched a playoff spot after beating the Ravens 31-30 on Sunday. Dak Prescott will easily win Comeback Player of the Year, and he has been a huge reason for the team’s success. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
How can you not bet on the reigning Super Bowl champions to make the playoffs in 2022? Do not let the Buccaneers’ loss to the Saints on Sunday affect your decision-making. Tampa Bay is going to do damage in the playoffs, and they will get in the show.

The Ravens look good with Tyler Huntley, and they finish with two winnable games against the Bengals and Steelers. They will have a challenge against the Rams, but I still like them to make the playoffs.
