Sports Gambling Broadcaster VSiN move to New Jersey
The Musburgers’ media group opens Atlantic City studio to capitalize on New Jersey’s sports betting market
The legal New Jersey sports betting market is having an effect on not only casinos and racetracks in the state. Others are taking notice, too.
That was evident not long ago when the Vegas Stats & Information Network announced it would be expanding from its Las Vegas headquarters to the East Coast to capitalize on New Jersey’s sportsbook footprint. The media group has its own website and app where it broadcasts daily radio shows, and it is also carried on SiriusXM Radio. The network will now have a broadcast studio inside the sportsbook at the Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City. It’s hub in Las Vegas is located in the sportsbook of the South Point.
Because it is expanding East, from the Pacific time zone into the Eastern time zone, VSiN also moved up its weekend broadcast times to 10 a.m. EST. It’s a move that will allow them get on the air with plenty of times before kickoffs for college football and the NFL on Saturdays and Sundays.
VSiN’s programs will feature former NFL executive Mike Lombardi, who earned three total Super Bowl rings in his time with the league, with the San Francisco 49ers and New England Patriots. The radio broadcasts will cover the New Jersey sports betting markets and upcoming games for the weekend, all from a sports wagering perspective.

The Musburgers make the move to New Jersey
VSiN was the brainchild of a legendary broadcasting name. Brian Musburger, the nephew of legendary sports broadcaster Brent Musburger, had the original vision for the network, which launched a full year before the Supreme Court struck down PASPA, enabling the legalization of sports betting across the country.
Brian is the CEO of the network, while his uncle Brent is the lead broadcaster. Brian’s dad and Brent’s brother Todd, a longtime sports agent, is also involved with the network.
